GROUP FITNESS TRAINING IS OUR SPECIALITY 

MONDAY      LOWER Body - 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 9 am, 11:30 am 

                                           4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm

TUESDAY      UPPER Body - 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 9 am, 11:30 am, 4 pm                       Vinyasa Yoga - 5 pm

WEDNESDAY  FULL Body - 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 9am, 11:30am

                                          4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm

THURSDAY   LOWER Body - 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 9 am, 11:30 am,

                                           4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm

FRIDAY        UPPER Body - 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 9 am, 11:30 am

SATURDAY    FULL Body   - 7 am, 8 am, 9 am
