TUESDAY     STRENGTH TRAINING [UPPER BODY]

WEDNESDAY HYBRID TRAINING  [FULL BODY]

5:30 am, 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 9 am, 11:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm 

THURSDAY  STRENGTH TRAINING [LOWER BODY]
